Job Description
Outlaw Diesel 6.0 is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. We are a busy diesel repair shop specializing in Ford Power Stroke trucks. We are looking for someone who can handle the daily responsibilities of running a busy office, provide excellent customer service, and keep our shop organized and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker who can work independently, communicate professionally, stay organized under pressure, and take initiative without constant supervision. We need someone who can take ownership of the front office and keep everything running smoothly while our mechanics focus on repairing trucks.This position requires someone who is comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities, from answering phones and scheduling appointments to managing paperwork, creating invoices, checking out customers, tracking repairs, coordinating parts, and assisting with daily business operations. You will be an important point of contact for our customers and play a major role in keeping Outlaw Diesel 6.0 organized and efficient.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, professional phone etiquette, attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, problem-solving skills, computer proficiency, accurate data entry, scheduling and appointment management, bookkeeping and invoicing experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, inventory management, recordkeeping, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in office management, reception, administrative support, or the automotive industry is preferred. Knowledge of automotive terminology and Ford Power Stroke diesel trucks is a plus. The candidate should also be dependable, punctual, adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality while coordinating daily office operations.
