Architect Experience Cloud sites for customer, partner, or community use cases
Provide technical governance, including code review oversight and design-pattern standards
Guide development teams on best practices across Apex, LWC, and declarative tools
Define integration architecture between Salesforce and external systems
Lead architecture discussions with client stakeholders and present trade-off analyses to decision-makers
Collaborate across business, product, and engineering teams throughout delivery
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
3+ years operating as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect
Proven delivery of Salesforce CRM implementations (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
Strong hands-on Experience Cloud architecture and delivery experience
Solid integration architecture experience across enterprise environments
Based in or authorized to work in the US
Demonstrated ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders
Technical Depth
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow

NICE TO HAVE
Experience with self-service or partner portal implementations at scale

Experience with Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks
WHAT SETS YOU APART

Comfort navigating ambiguity in large, complex enterprise programmes
Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
